After posting about all-black outfits, I felt the desire to talk about black cats. Also I missed talking about some old Tv show I used to watch every day sipping my Lipton Ice-Tea

Remember Salem from Sabrina The Teenage Witch ? How could you not, he was so cute. Plus, he had the power to talk. And when he opened his little mouth, it was not for small talk. This cute little black puppet (wasn’t a real cat, big disappointment for me too) was kinda like my Dibald’ to Sabrina, acting like a true advisor and confident. Salem knew it all, Sabrina’s two aunts weren’t enough. Was it some sexist joke from the producers, showing that a cat could outperform two female adults? Who knows, but the sure thing is that this show accentuated my eternal love for cats And like everyone else who’s watched this show, I would always wonder: what if my pets could talk too? If so, what could they possibly say? And what about Dibald’, after all he’s seen and heard: what does he think of me? In life, they say shy people have the loudest minds, is it the same for animals? Scientists have been working so long to figure out what your cat’s meow and dog’s woof mean (epic fail). But is it that big of a deal? I mean don’t these scientists have other important stuff to study, like say global warming? (oh wait forget it, Donald Trumpy said global warming is an illusion, go back to & scientists) Are we so insecure about ourselves and always taking care of what others think about us that we even pushed the boundary to animal species? Let’s say your cat could talk now, would you really listen to him or strangle him like Sabrina The Teenage Bitch in this picture?

Honestly, I believe what makes pets (and Dibald’) so cute is their incapicity to talk. Consistently approving your actions and words, Dibald’ always agrees with me buying this third pair of Converse or opening that second bottle of wine. Sounds like communication isn’t always the key to a perfect relationship after all…
