March 2015 – Milano

Inside the Duomo, or should I say, the hardest place to get in, in Milano. I took this picture in honor of Anna (not Wintour), our dear friend who couldn’t make it… Italians have always been known for their forward-thinking in arts. Michelangelo, Da Vinci, Gucci, they’ve got nothing to prove. But the one thing I’ve never heard of, was their tourist management skills. Did you know you could get refused the entrance in a church for no reason? Have Italian churches become so hip the Pope had to apply the same rules of the Cavalli Club? Unfortunately, this happened to our friend Anna in Milan. And even though the Duomo’s bouncers didn’t give her any justification, I believe her outfit to be guilty: she wore a black leather skirt, knee-length I know what you’re thinking. Of course she got rejected, her skirt was way too long! What respectable girl would wear such a lengthy skirt, especially to visit a religious place? Sadly she wasn’t aware of the Italian standards, and as Jeremy Scott once claimed, a skirt should never be longer than a belt. Gotta love Italian fashion

So if you’re about to visit Italy, make sure to dress slutty. Otherwise, you won’t get further than your Airbnb
