Have you ever considered enrolling in the army?

I never have, although it may be funny for a day or two (who am I kidding). Wanna know a secret? My father avoided his duty and went on to study, which I guess would have changed the curse of his life if not (oh my G, I may not be born and offer you my blog right now). I guess this repel of the army runs in my genetics… But there is one thing I love about the universal military service: no matter where you came from, you were gathered with people from different background. Rich, poor, black and white, gay or straight and so on, everyone had to go and they all bonded. It’s like all the colors of the rainbow working together to protect the country. Do you realize the military conscription provided its enrollers with more than bootcamps and horrible meals? Asides discipline, it taught them tolerance and to be open to others in between push-ups. There was no choice, you had to live with those people for a year, so suck it up and befriend with them (ouuh I find myself bossy here).

However, have people hungry for military clothes forgotten their original purpose? Those soldiers are in desperate need to hide… But in the streets, when did it become trendy to blend in the crowd? Aren’t we actually told all the time to stand out? That’s why I fell in love with this jacket. Camouflage? Sure. Distinct? YES. I may like camo clothing but I don’t want to be mistaken for a 6ft3 bush (no selfie-stick involved this time). This colorful military pattern is honest, joyful and protects me from all the bad people out there without hiding me (except North Korea’s nuclear plans unfortunately).

So in an attempt to bring back the positive aspects of the military service, I believe this bomber jacket is right for the job. All colors are represented, and we know it takes all kinds to make a world 🏳️‍🌈
