Who else also loves watching reruns of the Nanny?

That show made my childhood (along with the cartoons of course). I remember watching it with my family ever since my brother and I were little. I’ve always been fond of her sense of humor and extravert personnality (my brother loved her too, but for more physical reasons I guess …). Her rivalry with the obnoxious and uptight C.C Babcock was also very funny. Growing up, I became keen of another thing about her: her style. You heard me, I LOVE her outrageous outfits. Leopard prints, faux-fur, nano-skirts, you name it, she has it. Not only does she wear anything she wants, but she actually pulls it off. She could have written “Fashion for dummies” in a minute. Many girls would look stupid in her clothes, especially those despising her like Sissy (oops). Admit it, we all know a C.C in our lives who will always tell you not to wear that, that you look like a prostitute with this shirt bla bla bla That nanny got it all. A beautiful house, a nice family, great clothes and (eventually, with a lot of work) a handsome husband. Her outfits may have helped her a lot… And even though it took years for Fran to dig her place into the family, she finally made it.

So before judging someone’s funny outfit, think twice, you never know what they’re up to
