Did anyone say “Dibald”? 🍍

Call him or not, he always shows up (we’ll assume Dibald is a male). Dealing with Dibald’s invading personality has never been easy on a daily basis. You may have noticed it, he even intruded in my profile picture! Every time a camera is on, he feels the need to pose. A real born-diva 👰🏼

But his pushiness and open-mindedness have always inspired me. More than a stuffed animal (don’t you call him that he hates it), his presence over the years has been reassuring and helpful, acting like a true mentor. You know those angel and devil voices around characters in cartoons, I can say Dibald plays both. I hate to reveal it to you, but he made some people do bad things (Jade can testify). He may be mean sometimes, but I swear he means well (am I victim of the Stockholm syndrom?) 😳

Just like he’s proudly coming out of my bag, Dibald’ gave me the strength to come out on my own. In life, there comes a time when every man should stand up for who they really are and say to the world “I am what I am”. Believe it or not, Dibald made it happen (along with few friends). You must think I should see a shrink. But be honest for a minute, haven’t we all got our own sources of inspirations? For some, it’s their parents (so original), others it’s a movie star or a singer (lame) and for others, it’s a close friend, like my bff Choupette ♥️ .

Reading this (if you came through all my bullshit, congratulations!), I hope you read between the lines and grasp the reality behind the jokes (as much as I would love it, Dibald’ is not my spiritual guide sorry) 🙍🏻‍♂️

They say that three things cannot long be hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth. I would add to that list Dibald’ since he’s quite flashy. But more seriously, don’t lose time pretending and please be. And whatever gives you the cojones to make that happen, take it with you along the ride 💫💥🌈
